This server hosts the web hierarchies for two of the research groups at the RIT Chester F. Carlson Center For Imaging Science. Homepages for other research groups can be found in our research group directory.

Digital Imaging and Remote Sensing (DIRS)

The DIRS group focuses on imaging the earth's environment in the visible, near infrared, and thermal infrared spectral regions. We use modeling tools, field measurements, and synthetic image generation to understand how remotely sensed data can be used to study environmental processes.
